This snack has many names but is a healthy favorite in our house and a lake house weekend must have! Ready in just minutes, large batch to feed a crowd and includes veggies! A win in my book.
A quick and healthy appetizer that is a family favorite and a lake life weekend must have!
- 2 Green Peppers, diced
- 1 half Red Onion, diced
- 1 can Black Beans, rinsed
- 1 can Black Eyed Peas, rinsed
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 1 bag Frozen Corn, thawed
- 1 small bottle Italian dressing
Mix all ingredients together and let sit in fridge for 2 hours before serving. Serve with Tostitos, Frito Scoops or your favorite veggies and crackers.
